At the heart of the training

Le mot de Jérôme Lebrun

Environmental protection, energy efficiency, marine engineering, renovation... In this context of profound transformation, companies must rely primarily on the men and women who make up their workforce.

There is no doubt that our students have the essential qualities and skills to help meet this challenge: building safer and more sustainable.

Companies have understood this and are offering more and more internships or work-study programmes to our bachelor's, engineer's and specialised master's students.

Thank you to them and their representatives for their unfailing support. By their presence they testify to the dynamism of our sectors, both construction and public works.

Thank you also to the former students who have come to represent their companies, to talk about their careers and to share their experience.

Thank you to all the partners of this 25th edition, the Normandy Building Federation, the Normandy Public Works Federation, the Normandy Region and the Caen la Mer Urban Community, for their loyal support.

Jérôme LEBRUN, Director of ESITC Caen
