The aim of the Mastère Spécialisé® "Expert Eco Matériaux et Conception BIM" is to train high-level engineers and technical managers capable of positioning themselves as national and international benchmarks for the implementation of sustainable development in construction in all sectors of the building industry. 

This course is openBIM certified by bSFrance (2021-2024).

The CGE-accredited course has been designed to meet the needs of companies in the sector, drawing on the latest advances in research and the use of digital simulation to process case studies and projects. After a year's study, including a 6-month in-company assignment, graduates of the MS BUILDERS engineering school have expertise that is in high demand on the job market.

• Manage and lead an eco-construction project using BIM,
  Participate in all phases of the design of healthy, energy-efficient buildings with low environmental impact,
  Participate in the development of innovative alternative materials and gain a better understanding of the impact of materials and buildings on people and their health over time,

  Implement a LEAN management approach

• Consulting, expertise and upstream studies (opportunity, feasibility, etc.) in France and abroad on building and housing design and/or rehabilitation projects.

YOU MUST HOLD OR BE IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING (TO BE VALIDATED NO LATER THAN THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER 2024) :

• bac+5: engineering degree, architecture diploma, Master 2 university diploma in technical and scientific training specialized in building and civil engineering, or equivalent, wishing to specialize in eco-materials
• a bac+4, Master 1 or equivalent followed by a minimum of 3 years' professional experience
• Engineers or managers in the sector, in the context of internal or external professional mobility
