On August 31, the CA2BM, EQIOM and ESITC Caen - partners in the CIRCLE project - met in Pas-de-Calais.

The morning's program included a visit to the sections of Eurovéloroute 4 that will be fitted out with the shell-based pavement concrete produced for the project. The call for tenders will be launched in October and the start of work is scheduled for spring 2022. 

The afternoon was dedicated first to a visit of the EQIOM site for the production of concrete. We then went to the scallop storage site. 4000T are currently stored there: they are dried, washed and then crushed according to the desired granulometry and incorporated in the final formulation.
