The Lhotellier Group promotes local recruitment, particularly among young people, through its locations in the heart of the Normandy, Hauts-de-France and Ile-de-France regions. Buoyed by its family and human values, the global construction operator invests in the transmission of knowledge to young people. More than 10% of our employees are work-study students, and 70% of young people are hired after completing their work-study program. At the start of the 2022 academic year, the Lhotellier Group will be sponsoring the 2023 class of engineers at the BUILDERS school in Caen. It invites them to discover the Lhotellier Village, a further step into the world of the century-old company.
"Our company is growing and our businesses are constantly evolving: there's a greater need than ever before for engineering skills, to keep pace with changes in the industry," explains Younes El Gourari, Director of the Lhotellier Group's building trades.
The class of 2023 from BUILDERS Ecole d'Ingénieurs discover the Lhotellier Village, an industrial construction platform located in Alizay (27), between Rouen and Louviers.
