This is the first time that the group has signed a chair with a school. The chair focuses on operational excellence and will enable engineering students to benefit from VINCI Construction's expertise.

This chair has 4 components:

To build more environmentally friendly structures and infrastructures.

The global player in the construction industry and the engineering school have organised, in partnership with the association Elles bougent, a round table discussion on Saturday 11 December 2021 from 9:00 to 10:00 am during the school's Open House.

During this event, Cécile LAMON, Director of Strategy and Business Development at ADIM, Fabienne CAPELAERE, HR Director at VINCI Construction Normandie Centre, Claire DECAUX, works engineer at VINCI Construction and Sébastien HARASSE, Branch Manager at Eurovia (VINCI Construction).

This initiative bears witness to a shared and voluntary commitment: to combat stereotypes and defend gender equality in the construction industry.
