Thanks to an apprenticeship contract, the student alternates between courses at the BUILDERS School of Engineering's in-house Apprentice Training Centre (CFA) and work experience in a company. This model promotes integration a professional qualification and recognised diploma while earning a salary.
BUILDERS School of Engineering offers a Bachelor in Responsible Engineering and Sustainable Construction, This is a three-year course. This three-year course, including apprenticeships from year 2ᵉ onwards, is designed to meet the needs of employers in the construction sector.
The apprenticeship contract signed by the apprentice and the employer sets out the training and work arrangements. This contract, which complies with the articles of the French Employment Code, alternates between periods spent in the company and theoretical courses at the CFA.
Each apprenticeship period is designed to provide a gradual build-up of skills, with the support of an in-company apprenticeship supervisor.
