For over 20 years, BUILDERS Engineering School offers its students the opportunity to follow a sandwich course in engineering, in partnership with companies in the construction and public works sector. This teaching model, combining theory and practice, prepares future engineers to meet the challenges of sustainable and responsible construction.

Through its CFA (apprentice training centre), the school offers work-linked training, combining theoretical lessons at school with practical experience in the workplace.. BUILDERS engineering school's integrated CFA enables apprentices to benefit from a structured educational framework while working for a company.
This means constant collaboration between the teaching and administrative teams and the partner companies.
A single objective To support each apprentice on his or her journey towards a qualification and employment.
There are many advantages:
The integrated CFA is staffed by three dedicated people who provide local support throughout the course. Together, they form a committed team in constant contact with students and companies.
The CFA takes charge of future apprentices from the selection phase onwards (internal and external competitions), guiding successful candidates in their search for a host company (coaching, access to professional networks, simulated recruitment interviews, etc.).
Each apprentice is then monitored twice:
The CFA is present at every stage of the apprentice's career: integration, visits, surveys, personalised support if needed, professional integration.
Our strength: real proximity and immediate availability.
BUILDERS' integrated CFA enables students to complete their engineering cycle on an alternating basis, over a three-year period. This format gives them the opportunity to combine academic teaching with professional immersion, enabling them to build up their skills gradually and in line with market needs.
Bachelor's students, can access apprenticeships from 2nd year.
The sandwich course model offers students complete immersion in the company's culture, enabling them to acquire technical, managerial and human skills.
This experience is conducive to high employability, with a rapid rate of professional integration after graduation.
