This specialisation in Construction Management prepares you to manage building and public works sites using innovative and sustainable methods.

Thanks to active teaching methods and experience in the field, you will be trained to :

  • Site management and coordination (planning, organisation, team leadership, etc.)
  • Budgetary and financial monitoring of projects (cost optimisation, expenditure control)
  • Application of environmental and safety standards (RE2020, HQE certification)
  • Use of digital construction tools (BIM, digital mock-up, management software)
  • Leadership and management of teams in the field
