BUILDERS École d'ingénieurs has just unveiled the professional integration figures for the class of 2024 sponsored by the NGE Group. The results once again confirm the attractiveness of the young engineers trained by the school to employers in the sector.

The Class of 2024 includes 31 % of women graduates, This award confirms BUILDERS Engineering School's ongoing commitment to promoting gender equality in the construction industry.
With 25 % of graduates working abroad, The number of international graduates is increasing. This figure demonstrates the appetite of young graduates for careers abroad and the attractiveness of their profile to recruiters worldwide.
While the major construction companies are still the main recruiters (42 % of graduates), the diversity of career opportunities is growing: SMEs, ETIs and other large groups also offer rewarding opportunities for young engineers.
In terms of professions, the trend is confirmed with a strong representation in works management (61 %), but also an increase in engineering and design functions, project management, research and innovation.
The overall satisfaction indicator reached an excellent 4,3/5, The quality of the training and support offered by the school.
These results are fully in line with the findings of the HappyAtSchool survey, which values the student experience and learning environment at BUILDERS.
